+ Terms & Booking Policies

1. Rescheduling & Notice Window
• Rescheduling Allowed: You may freely reschedule any individual lesson slot via your confirmation email up to 12 hours prior to the start time.
• Late Changes & No-Shows: Reschedule requests made with less than 12 hours' notice, as well as missed lessons, are forfeited and cannot be moved or made up.

2. Cancellations & Non-Refundable Policy
• No Cancellations: Lesson packages and individual bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled for a cash refund once purchased.
• Flexible Adjustments: If a scheduled time no longer works, please use the reschedule link in your email to choose a new slot rather than cancelling.

3. Lesson Packages & Validity
• 10-Lesson Upfront Booking: All 10 lesson times are selected and scheduled together during checkout.
• 3-Month Validity: All package lessons must be scheduled within a 90-day window from the date of purchase to ensure consistent learning progress.

4. Group Sessions
• Single Payment: Group bookings must be paid in full by a single contact person at the time of booking.
• Fixed Session Fee: Group pricing is charged per reserved session slot based on group size. If individual members miss a session, partial refunds or make-up slots are not provided.

I have guided hundreds of students to pass high-stakes proficiency exams—including foundation and degree-level tests at TEDU and Bilkent University (from A1/A2 through to B2+ Pre-Faculty levels). I also specialise in international certifications like IELTS, TOEFL, and Cambridge English (FCE/CAE), as well as academic aptitude tests such as the CAT4.Using all my experience, proven frameworks, and targeted strategy, I will ensure that you pass your exam too.

My Experience

Real fluency isn’t about memorising textbook rules - it’s about real-world communication and making genuine connections! Throughout my teaching career, I’ve focused on making speaking interactive and enjoyable. At Centro de Idiomas Dolphin, I turned rigid grammar lessons into lively board games (including a custom-built Minecraft speaking game!) designed to get students talking naturally. At TED University, I ran the extra-curricular Speaking Club, guiding students through fun role-plays, interactive activities, and open chats on whatever topics interested them. At Bilkent University, I even created a unique Short Film Club, where students collaborated to write, act, film, and edit their own projects in English.With this hands-on, creative approach, you won't just enjoy the lessons, you'll leave speaking English more fluently.
